When can you expect to receive your ordered product?
99% of orders are typically delivered within 14 days of dispatch. For our customers within the European Union, you can anticipate a delivery time of approx. 3-5 days. For those residing in the UK, US, and Canada, the estimated delivery timeframe is approx. 5-10 days.
Please keep in mind that our products are meticulously handcrafted, which adds an extra touch of uniqueness and quality. Due to their handmade nature, we kindly ask you to consider the following additional hand-sewing time, which should be added to the overall shipping time:
- Blankets, throws, pillows, and pillow covers: Up to 2 working days
- Poufs and floor sofas: Up to 7 working days

- Polish Post Priority Parcel: Pricing depends on the size and weight of the package and will be displayed in your shopping basket.
